Q1: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
A: We are a OEM/ODM factory, and we have built up our company since 2003.
Q2: Where is your factory located?
A: Our factory located in Huizou , very near Shenzhen and Hongkong. We have Branch office and warehouse in Shenzhen also. Very easy for shipping. YHT warmly welcome your guys visit us!
Q3: What is your MOQ?
A: Normally MOQ is 100 PCS , but some product can be discuss according to your real case.
Q4: How long is the warranty period?
A: Generally the warranty period is one year. It depends on different products.
Q5: What is the delivery time of the products?
A: Samples in stock will be sent within 3 days after payment. 10 workdays for mass production order , or sometime according to the schedule of production line.
Q6: What is your shipping method?
A: By sea : customer forwarder or YHT forwarder are ok.
By air : DHL, FedEx ,TNT, UPS , EMS...
Land transportation also accept.
